How can you tell if a food is good? A key and even more complex challenge is understanding whether a food is good for you and your specific dietary needs. Everyone is different. How do your choices line up with the other components of your diet? With your personal genetic makeup? With your blood type? With your life goals?
Dolly King is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and pilates coach operating out of Toronto, Ontario. She has been practicing nutrition for over ten years. Since receiving her nutrition diploma from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, she has been on her journey to help people reach their health goals.
Dolly believes in balance - mind and body. She teaches individuals how to become the best versions of themselves through food/nutrition and the balanced body pilates system. Her guidance encourages improvements in both physical and mental wellbeing, and the knowledge she shares does not just tell people what the right decisions are when it comes to your health, but how to make those decisions for yourself.

An initial consultation will focus on understanding your current situation - your nutritional strengths and weaknesses, your current lifestyle, and how all of it aligns with your personal goals. You can expect to spend around 2-3 hours with Dolly, in a comfortable environment, with a little homework for you before the session and a lot of homework for Dolly following the session. You will be left with a complete nutritional protocol that will include meal plans, recipes, foods to indulge in, foods to avoid, and lifestyle recommendations - all made according to your specific needs and preferences. In most cases, a follow up session will be scheduled to monitor progress and help you evolve to the next phase of nutritional awareness and holistic health.

Dolly offers one on one pilates sessions specifically tailored to your skill level and objectives. With her instruction, she can help you tone and sculpt your body into it's healthiest form. The difficulty of these sessions can vary based on ability - ranging from easy to expert.
Exercise shouldn't be a chore - pilates with Dolly is made to be comfortable, fun, and of course, effective.
